At Vagus and Vine Apothecary, we bring together neurobiological herbalism and trauma-informed nervous system care to help your body finally exhale.

I work primarily with women who feel stuck in survival mode and want evidence informed, trauma sensitive support for their whole person. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Herbal Consultations

Trauma informed herbal consults to address stress, anxiety, sleep issues, fatigue, and burnout.
We look at your story, your symptoms, and your nervous system. Then we build a personalized herbal and lifestyle plan which may include:

  • Herbal support for sleep, mood, and digestive health

  • Gentle detox and liver support for those with fatty liver or inflammation

  • Simple food and beverage shifts that support your healing rather than shame you

Restorative Movement Therapy™

Gentle, trauma informed movement and breath practices that help your body feel safe again.
These sessions are perfect if:

  • Your body holds tension, pain, or shakiness from stress

  • Traditional workouts feel overwhelming or punishing

  • You want nervous system regulation through slow, grounded movement

We focus on:

  • Gentle movement for stress and trauma (not yoga)

  • Breathwork for nervous system calm

  • Simple daily practices you can do at home in under ten minutes

We start by understanding your unique stress patterns, health history, and goals. From there, we design a plan that fits your body’s capacity, not a one-size model. Every plan is personalized, evidence-informed, and guided by what your nervous system can handle.

Our work integrates two core methods:

Neurobiological Herbalism

A clinical approach to herbal support that targets the brain, vagus nerve, and stress response. Each blend is formulated to help restore balance at a cellular level supporting neurotransmitters, reducing inflammation, and easing the physiological load of chronic stress.

Every session is calm, unhurried, and rooted in trauma-informed care. We move at your pace, honoring your body’s cues and building trust with your nervous system over time.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s regulation. A body that feels safe enough to rest, connect, and heal.

Restorative Movement Therapy™

A gentle, nervous-system-based approach using slow, guided movement and breathwork to release tension, improve vagal tone, and help the body shift from high alert into safety. These sessions are calming and adaptive: they are not yoga, not exercise, but regulation.
