Jane Hanna, CH, CYT

I’ve been studying herbs and the human body since 1990. What began as simple curiosity grew into more than three decades of focused study in clinical herbalism, nervous system health, stress physiology, trauma recovery, and the way plants influence neurobiology. My work is rooted in both science and lived experience, shaped by years of study, mentorship, client support, and personal healing.
